FROLICON 2021 ROOM BLOCK IS NOW OPEN

There's one way and one way only to book your stay at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel during Frolicon weekend and that is by using THIS LINK. Using the corporate reservation system will get you zero action.  And we like action, don't we.

•  There is a 3 night minimum stay during Frolicon weekend.

•  A deposit equal to 1 night's stay will be required for each room booked.  This deposit will be withdrawl a few weeks prior to the event.

•  Self Parking rate will be $17 a day for hotel guests.

Questions About A Previous Hotel Reservation?

All hotel reservations made for either the Spring or Winter 2020 event have been either cancelled OR transferred to our May 2021 event.

- If your reservation has been transferred to 2021 you should have received an email stating such.

- If you did NOT want your reservation cancelled and did NOT receive an email stating your reservation has been transferred to May 2021 please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. so we can confirm your still have a current reservation.

-  All deposits for 2020 hotel reservations have been refunded, even if your reservations were transferred to 2021.  The hotel will be taking deposits for all 2021 reservations a bit closer to the event. -  If you believe you have NOT received a deposit refund for your 2020 hotel reservation please check ALL debit, credit, or other payment accounts.  It may be necessary to contact your bank or credit company as sometimes issues with expired/closed accounts or other complications have caused refunds to be delayed.
